Aeroflex/Inmet and Modelithics Announce Simulation Models
Aeroflex/Inmet and Modelithics have teamed up to develop Global™ Models for Inmet surface mount attenuators and high-power resistor. The advanced models features include substrate scaling, pad geometry scaling, and part value selectability. The substrates are laser trimmed distributed thin film elements on alumina ceramic. The models are validated up to 20 GHz and can be placed into Agilent ADS, AWR Microwave Office, and Agilent Genesys software. Requests for free trial use are available at: http://www.modelithics.com/mvp/Inmet/
